Returns & Refunds

Because DIVINE PERFUME Puja Spray is a fragrance and personal-use liquid product, opened, used or partially used products are generally not eligible for return.

If you receive a damaged, leaking, incorrect or incomplete order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@divineperfume.in.

Please include:

• Order number
• Clear photographs of the parcel and product
• Unboxing video, if available
• Description of the issue

After verification, we may arrange a replacement or approve a refund. Refunds are initiated after approval and may take additional time to reflect depending on the payment provider or bank.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

This policy does not limit any rights available to consumers under applicable law.
